INSECT REPELLANT
Real Results From Real People
A REPELLENT ONLY WORKS WHERE YOU PUT IT.
A shoulder. An ankle. The back of an arm. The narrow strip of skin between clothing and exposed air. ALVÉ Insect Repellent Milk Lotion turns a dual-active repellent system into a light, spreadable layer designed to move deliberately across exposed skin.
SPREAD THE FORMULA. COVER THE SKIN. GO OUTSIDE.
THE FORMULA CAN ONLY COVER THE SKIN IT REACHES.
Repellent application is physical. Product leaves the pump, the hand moves it, and a small amount is spread across a much larger area of exposed skin.
The milk-lotion format is built around that transition: enough slip to travel, enough structure to control, and enough presence during application to make deliberate spreading practical.
The first job of the lotion is to help you cover the area you meant to cover.
THE GAP IN COVERAGE IS THE PART THAT MATTERS MOST.
Covering most of an arm still leaves the uncovered portion exposed. The same problem appears around ankles, wrists, shoulders, the backs of the legs and the places where clothing stops.
A spreadable lotion gives the hand a physical layer to work with so application can be deliberate rather than abstract.
Coverage isn't one spot. It's the space between the spots.
TWO ACTIVE INGREDIENTS. ONE APPLIED LAYER.
The repellent system is built around two clearly defined active ingredients, each with a specific role in the finished formula. Their work begins when the lotion is spread across exposed skin according to the product label.
OIL OF LEMON EUCALYPTUS
The first side of the dual-active repellent architecture, carried through the milk-lotion system and distributed across the applied skin layer.
2-UNDECANONE
The second side of the dual-active architecture, delivered within the same spreadable layer across exposed skin.
ONE PUMP DOESN'T STAY ONE PUMP.
Spreading changes the geometry of the product. Height becomes width. An opaque deposit becomes a progressively thinner applied layer across a much larger skin area.
Thin enough to travel. Structured enough to control.
THE SKIN STILL HAS TO WEAR IT.
A repellent can contain a serious active system and still become unpleasant if the vehicle feels unnecessarily greasy, sticky or heavy across large areas of skin.
The supporting emollient system is deliberately restrained. Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride supports glide and active-phase distribution, while Coco-Caprylate/Caprate pushes the spread toward a lighter finish.
Glycerin, Panthenol and Bisabolol support the skin-wear experience without turning the product into a body cream.
Comfort is part of whether people will actually cover the skin.
OUTDOORS IS NEVER ONE CONDITION.
A repellent is not worn only for the first ten seconds after application. The real environment includes changing temperature, movement, clothing boundaries and the transition from daylight into evening.
The formula has to make sense after you leave the house.
PUMP. SPREAD. CHECK THE GAPS.
Follow the product label for exact application directions. The physical principle is straightforward: deliberately spread the product over the exposed areas identified by those directions.
Transitions deserve attention because they are easy to pass over quickly: sleeve to wrist, shorts to knee, sock to ankle, collar to neck.
The edges are where coverage is easiest to forget.
THE OUTDOORS DOESN'T START AT A CAMPSITE.
Outdoor exposure can be part of an ordinary day. The environment changes, but deliberate preparation begins before the moment itself.
Working outside, watering plants or spending time around the house.
Dinner, conversation and the transition toward evening.
Exposed arms and legs moving through the neighborhood.
Longer outdoor time with more deliberate preparation beforehand.
The hour when being outside becomes the plan rather than an accident.
The product belongs before the moment you wish you had applied it.
THE AROMA COMES WITH THE ACTIVE SYSTEM.
Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus already gives the formulation a recognizable aromatic character. The product does not need a separate perfume story simply to feel finished.
That keeps the formula centered on active function, application, wearability and stability rather than layering a fragrance concept over an already distinct active profile.
THE ACTIVE CORE RIDES INSIDE A LIGHTER SUPPORT SYSTEM.
DUAL-ACTIVE REPELLENT SYSTEM
Primary repellent active within the dual-active architecture.
Second repellent active carried within the same applied milk-lotion system.
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride + Coco-Caprylate/Caprate support glide, spread and a lighter skin feel.
Cetearyl Olivate + Sorbitan Olivate, Cetyl Alcohol and Xanthan Gum form the milk-lotion vehicle.
Glycerin, Panthenol, Bisabolol and Tocopherol support the wearing experience.
Preservation, pH control and package compatibility support the finished formula architecture.
