AEH was founded in 2018 by Andrew Wade, with a simple belief: people should understand their bodies, take ownership of their health, and have access to trustworthy tools that support lasting wellness.

What began as a personal journey grew into a mission to create products, education, and wellness solutions that help people restore vitality, build resilience, and live with purpose.

We believe:
