GROW
Real Results From Real People
Small bodies are doing a lot of building.
Manna Grow is being developed for children ages 1 through 8 as a deliberate layer of nourishment alongside normal food. Its foundation begins with grains, legumes, seeds, and coconut, then uses age-aware precision where the food base alone cannot reliably standardize the target.
Grow Food Composition
Oat · Quinoa · Chickpea · Pumpkin Seed · Chia · Coconut · Vanilla
Growing changes what nutrition has to carry.
A child is not maintaining a finished body. Childhood is active construction, with new tissue, developing bone, expanding blood volume, continued nervous-system development, and eating habits that become more independent over time.
Grow is being built to add one structured nutritional layer while leaving the rest of childhood eating exactly where it belongs: in meals, snacks, family foods, and age-appropriate beverages.
Childhood nutrition has to support a body that is actively building and changing rather than simply maintaining itself.
The amount that fits early childhood is not automatically the amount that fits an older child.
Grow is designed to stand beside the diet rather than crowd it out.
Food comes first.
Grow is intentionally simple. Six core foods are grouped by the job they perform instead of building a long ingredient list for appearance.
Oat + Quinoa
Oat creates a mild, familiar whole-grain base. Quinoa broadens the protein and mineral profile so the formula does not depend on a single grain.
Chickpea + Pumpkin Seed
Chickpea contributes food-based protein and substance, while pumpkin seed adds another protein source and its own mineral profile.
Chia + Coconut
Chia adds whole-food ALA and fiber. Coconut contributes creaminess, energy, and mouthfeel without being asked to carry the whole fat architecture.
Six foods. Three responsibilities. One food-first foundation.
Food Foundation
Oats · Quinoa · Chickpeas · Pumpkin Seed · Chia · Coconut
One formula. Two stages of childhood.
Grow keeps one master formula while adjusting the amount because nutritional needs change as children grow.
Smaller age-adjusted portion
The younger serving is designed around the smaller nutritional requirements and lower upper limits that apply during early childhood.
FINAL AGE-SPECIFIC SERVING ESTABLISHED DURING COMMERCIAL FORMULATIONLarger age-adjusted portion
The older serving increases the amount of the same formula rather than creating a separate ingredient system.
SAME FORMULA · DIFFERENT AMOUNTGRAMS
Most of Grow belongs to food. Grains, legumes, seeds, and coconut create the physical foundation and carry the ingredients measured in meaningful food quantities.
MICROGRAMS
Other nutrients matter in much smaller quantities and need tighter control than a food ingredient can reliably provide on its own.
Built around the child, not the ingredient list.
The finished formula has to work beyond the ingredient panel. The food has to be nutritionally useful, appropriately processed, controlled for contaminants, and stable through shelf life.
Evaluate amino-acid balance and digestibility, not protein grams alone.
Account for iron, zinc, and the phytate carried by grains, legumes, and seeds.
Use forms appropriate for children’s food, including properly prepared grains and legumes.
Set finished-product standards for heavy metals, microbiology, and ingredient-specific risks.
Protect vitamins, fats, DHA, moisture, and label accuracy through shelf life.
Mild on purpose.
Grow is being developed around a Creamy Vanilla Oat profile that is familiar enough for childhood without teaching that nourishment has to taste like dessert.
Oat and coconut create the base. Natural vanilla rounds the grain, legume, and seed notes. Real banana powder remains optional and only earns a place if prototype testing shows that it improves acceptance without taking over the flavor.
A natural fit for the grain-based food foundation.
For children who already eat yogurt as part of their normal diet.
Mix into foods the family already prepares.
Use with age-appropriate milk or another suitable beverage without positioning Grow as a milk replacement.
